What these tools don't do
Worth being straight about, because it decides whether they fit you.
They don't calculate your tax
You set the GST, VAT or CPF rate. The tools do the arithmetic from the figures you enter — they do not decide what rate applies to you or file anything with a tax authority.
They don't sync between devices
Saved records live in the browser you created them in. Export a JSON backup to move them, and before you clear your browsing data.
They don't chase payments
You can mark an invoice paid for your own records, but nothing sends reminders or reconciles a bank feed. That is what accounting software is for.
They aren't legal advice
The HR letters and tax fields are general-purpose drafts. Employment and tax law differ by country — check anything contentious with a professional.
