Pay Docly is free to use, has no ads, no signup and no trackers, and it will stay that way. If it saved you time on payday, a small tip helps cover the hosting and keeps it maintained.

Send a tip with PayPal
PayPal handles it from here — you choose the amount, and you can pay with a PayPal balance or a normal debit or credit card. A PayPal account isn't required for card payments in most countries.

Other ways to help — all free
Money is genuinely not the only useful thing:
- Tell someone. Share the tool with anyone who still formats payslips by hand in Word or Excel.
- Link to it. A mention on a blog, forum or company handbook helps more people find it.
- Report a problem. If something looks wrong on a payslip or a currency formats oddly, tell us — please don't include real employee salary data in the message.
- Suggest a feature. Most of what's here came from people asking for it.
Where the money goes
Domain renewal and hosting, and the time to keep the tool working as browsers change. Contributions are personal support for a free tool — they are not a purchase, not a subscription, and they buy no feature, licence or support entitlement. No invoice or tax receipt is issued.
